Updated May 16th , 2020
We appreciate the confidence you place with the staff at The Canal at Delacour Golf Club in providing a memorable experience while you enjoy all our club has to offer during these unprecedented times.
We will now be able to use golf as means of reprieve from the stresses of the COVID-19 pandemic on our lives.
We are opening the golf course with the understanding that all members, guests and staff will work together in an effort to reduce the risk of transmission of COVID-19 among golfers, workers and volunteers.

  • It is extremely important that everyone takes this very seriously!!

WARNING!  Police are doing spot checks at golf courses around Alberta and giving out $1000 – $500,000 fines to individuals or businesses for breaking COVID-19 guidelines!

Failure to comply could result in the closure of the golf course for the entire 2020 season and the very likelihood that we would never open again.

We are all looking forward to brighter days ahead, and to a full and exciting season of golf!!
Please direct any questions or concerns you might have at this time to Bob Davidchuk, Head Professional or Scott Fraser, Director of Operations.

  1. James Campbell says:

How are men’s leagues going to managed in 2020? Will there be shotgun starts?

    1. Hi James,
We are still unsure how we will handle the leagues with the strict 15 person maximum group size restriction
We are working on some ideas and alternatives and will let everyone know as soon as we can.
We will probably delay the start of the league, because we do not have permission at this point to even open the course.
Once we get open we will make the appropriate adjustments to our leagues to follow all mandates.
      Thanks
      Bob D
